Because hydraAromatherapy provides personal care products, we are unable to accept product returns for sanitary reasons. This also allows us to keep our range of products acecssible and maintain the highest quality.
Please note that hydraAromatherapy cannot accommodate replacement or refund requests for orders placed with retailers outside of hydraAromatherapy.com. If you purchased your product from another retailer/website, please contact them directly for further assistance.
